Dear friends,
As we approach our middle age we feel that many things in our life are not fulfilled up to our expectations.Should we really worry for it.?Will worry change every thing ? Never, but we also realize that we have gained  a lot of experiences which will give a good guidance for us to live a new fresh life.We can make possible things happen and do works which we enjoy.
At this point of life we should never break any relationship.Breaking any relation brings a lot of stress. If the relationship is an impediment to your growth and happiness we can avoid and stay away for a while. Most people start their life at 40.So  keep yourself cheerful and young at heart always. Never regret the past.Start a new life now.
                                                                                                              LOVE YOU ALL

DEAR FRIENDS,
I knew very well that life is not fair to all at all times. You will be surprised to know that many experience unpleasant situations at some point in their life just like we do.When we face such situation where your heart becomes heavy and your tears roll down your cheeks,DON'T take any decisions. But just sit down and close your eyes.Let the tears roll down for 10 seconds. Now just throw both your hands up by forceful expiration with both hands opened and bring them down clasped with another forceful expiration.Do it as fast as you can at least twenty times. While doing this you can imagine that your throwing the bad experience fully. After this you take six deep Normal breathing..You will definitely find a lighter Heart. This is similar to Bastrika .
                                                                                   LOVE YOU ALL.

                                                                                                             Jothinathan valarmathy.
